Dr. BSK Naidu

Dr. BSK Naidu, the first chairman of our organization, is past Director General of REL, NPTI & CPRI in India. He offered the Art and Science of power management to the Reforming Power Sector by way of First Ever AICTE approved MBA Program and 4- years engineering course on Power System at NPTI besides developing “National Training Policy for the Indian Power Sector”.

Author of 140-publications including 15-books, he is recipient of more than a dozen National awards including CBIP Diamond Jubilee Award for Outstanding Contribution to Hydropower development in India, CEA - Distinction in Power Engineering & Technology, Best `Hi-Tech' Man & Best Renewable Energy Man of the year Awards from the National Foundation of Indian Engineers, Platinum Jubilee Year Eminent Engineer Award from the Institution of Engineers (India) and Rajiv Gandhi National Award as ‘Best Chief Executive’ from ‘Public Sector Today’.

 

He is an acclaimed “Institution Builder” (many call him an Institution himself) who received 6-Institutional awards as Director General of 3-large organizations. Besides his creative skills, he is a motivating “Corporate Trainer” par excellence, having addressed over 25,000-intellectuals including 50-Guest Lectures abroad across 5-continents.

Er. S. B. Srivastava

Er. S.B. Srivastava worked as Director (Operation) and Director (Technical) of DVC, Kolkata. During his tenure, PLF of operating thermal plants rose from 64% to 75% with substantial reduction in oil consumption, aux. power consumption and heat rate. He was instrumental in adding to profitability to the tune of approx. Rs 500 Crores through improved performance. Authored a road map for raising the performance to PLF of 85% with efficient operation and maintenance. He was a team member in project planning and finalization with capacity addition of approx. 7000 MW under an investment of approx. Rs. 25000 Cr. During 2007-2008, he was Chairman of Bokaro Steel Power Supply Co. Ltd.- A joint venture of DVC and SAIL.
A self-motivated professional with over 38-years of experience in O&M of Large thermal units ( coal fired ) / thermal stations, project conceptualization, bid invitation both national and international, bid evaluation, negotiation, project execution and monitoring of project construction, forward and backward integration and liaison review; Er. Srivastava also has a proven track record of accomplishments in effective commissioning and efficient operation of large size thermal power plants.

Mr. A.K. Jain

Mr. A. K. Jain, the founder of iPEC, is a Gold Medalist in B.Com. (Hons). He is an Associate Member of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India. His work experience includes “Implementation of Transfer Pricing System & Costing System” for Instrumentation Limited, Kota, “Implementation of Computerized Inventory Accounting System, Establishment Accounting System like Payroll, PF, ESIC, Tax, Group Insurance, etc.” for NTPC, “Establishment of Complete F&A department” at 500 MW Dahanu Thermal Power Station" and “Finalization of International Turnkey Contract for 165 MW Power station” at Samalkot, Andhra Pradesh, for BSES. He was instrumental in Finalization of Contracts with China relating to Procurement of Digital Energy Meters. He imparted professional training at NIRC of ICAI, ICWAI, ICSI, Indian law Institute, Indian revenue Service Academy at Delhi. He produced 700 Chartered Accountants in Mumbai by imparting professional training to students appearing in CA Final examination, before establishing Institute for Professional Excellence and Consultancy Private Limited in 2004.

Mr. Nandkumar Mishra

Mr.Nandkumar Mishra, MS (Quality Management) and MBA, is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has worked on over 200 Benchmarking, Lean & Six Sigma Projects resulting in savings of over Rs. 50 Crores. He has trained over 500 Lean Six Sigma professional worldwide and 3000 participants in other areas of HR, Quality and Business Excellence. Mr. Mishra has over 20 years of quality improvement and problem solving experience in various industries ranging from manufacturing to software and services sector. He has provided training and consultancies to Sun Life Financial (Canada), Serco Solutions (UK), Ispat Industries Ltd (Dolvi-Near Mumbai), Reliance Energy Ltd (Mumbai), ABB (Baroda), Asian Paints Ltd., iGATE IMS Ltd., Venture InfoTech(Mumbai), KF Bioplant(Pune), Essem Srinisons (Mumbai), Varroc Engineering (Aurangabad and Pune) and Chemito Technologies (Nashik) among others.
He worked with TATA STEEL- WIRE Division for 15 years. He has first hand experience of Japanese Quality Systems & received training in Practical Solution to Quality Related Problems from AOTS, Japan. He has been exposed to improvement methodology and TQM practice based on Deming Award in electricity generation and distribution at Kansai Electric Company, Osaka, Japan. ISO, TQM, SPC, CMM, CMMI, COPC, Kaizen & Quality Circles are his other field of specialization. He has written various Technical papers in technical journals and read papers in national and International seminars /Conventions.

Prof. Praveen Singh

Prof. Praveen Singh, MBA (HRM), DPM&IR, B.A.(Psychology),TOTA, AGI(USA), has been actively involved in Training and Consulting for more than ten years. He is an expert trainer in Soft-Skills, Attitudinal Training, Behavioral arena and HRD. He worked with an UK based Web Enabled Enterprise as Human Resource Manager. Also worked in Training Division of a leading Management Consulting (Specializing in Grid-Leadership OD) company, before setting up COGITO, his Psychometric Assessment Centre. He is an Approved Grid Instructor (AGI, USA) and Certified Maritime Trainer (IMO & DGS Certified). He is the Director & Chief Counselor of Cogito Training, Counseling & Psychotherapy centre, Maritime Trainer & Consultant, Management trainer for Corporate and B-Schools.

Mr. SCh Kaushik

Mr. Suresh Chandra Kaushik is graduate in education and master in mathematics. He completed ALCCS, Advanced Level Course in Computer Science (Equivalent to M. Tech in Computer Science recognized by Govt. Of India) from “Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers” Department of Electronics, Govt. of India.
He is a throughout academician starting as Mathematics teacher with Central School for Tibetans, Darjeeling, West Bengal. He worked as Principal, NP Boys Senior Secondary School, Mandir Marg, New Delhi. He worked as Chairman of departmental committee constituted by Director (Education) of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) for establishing policy framework and its implementation strategies in close association with education department and various schools. He was on foreign assignment for more than six years at Moshupa Secondary School, Republic of Botswana.
