Mr. H.C Seth
Chairman
Mr. Harish Chandra Seth, a Master in Mechanical Engineering, while working with NTPC, established Power Management Institute which proved to be a national premier institute in power sector. Nationally acclaimed power professional lastly retired from Punjab state utility - PSPCL, as Director, HRD.
Under his leadership, iPEC is now completely geared up for taking a lead in education and training for developing business professionals and entrepreneurs.

Mr. Shashi Kant
Managing Director
Mr. Shashi Kant who completed his engineering career with renowned private corporates, is a graduate in electrical engineering and master in quality management. He is certified Energy Manager, assessor for multiple ISO systems and Six Sigma Black Belt trainer. He is AOTS member also.
VISION

Mr. Narendra Jadhav
Director Technical
Mr. Narendra G Jadhav is a post graduate in electrical engineering. He is certified six sigma black belt and completed BCA course covering Engineering Economics from IIT, Delhi. He worked as vice-principal of technical institutes like Fr. Agnel’s College of Engineering, Bandra, Mumbai and Don Bosco College, Kurla. He worked with Reliance, Tata and BEST utilities in Mumbai. His work experience includes hydro power generation and substation and transformer erection and commissioning also. He is a regular faculty of statistics for Bombay Stock Exchange.

Mr. Sabyashachi Sharma
Director
Mr. Sabyashachi Sharma is an engineering graduate with mechanical discipline. He conducted Safety and Disaster Management programs in multiple utilities. He played well in training linkage and affiliation with multiple public and private organizations. He is head of IPEC PVT ITI.
He attended two weeks AOTS program at KKC, Osaka, Japan.
We are committed to providing training incorporating Attitude, Behavior, Functional and Commercial acumen required for making training holistic, involving the entire learner shaping him into a complete professional....a complete man!
